Connie and Mary 408

The colour challenge at Connie and Mary this week seemed perfect for my new favourite stamp set, Wild About Flowers. Not a new set, it's new to me so I'm still experimenting with it and the soft pastels conjured up a summer field of flowers.

I like soft, dreamy result. Although I intended it to be a birthday card, it could be used for lots of things with this sentiment.

Possibly the consumable item I will miss the most once the new catalogue is live, will be candy dots since I've used a lot of them with butterflies! What will you miss?

  9. Just saw this card on Pinterest, and had to leave you a comment on this beautiful card.
Quite simple.... but really very elegant. I think I am going to have to "borrow" this one. .I love cards that have a tactile design like this one. We are fortunate to be able to see stunning cards like this, but I always think that to be able to send one to a blind person who can see the design by touch, is a real blessing. TFS Kind regards from the UK.
